The National Communication and Strategic Unit (NCSU) is a policy research organization committed to data-driven analysis of national issues. Engaging civil society, decision-makers, and government officials, NCSU fosters informed dialogue and critical policy discourse. Established in 2025, it integrates big data analytics with rigorous research, drawing from previously untapped sources to offer fresh perspectives through expert engagements, digital productions, and strategic insights.

Convert research and analytics into policy options, strategic narratives, and stakeholder engagement plans.Key Responsibilities
- Lead national and sectoral policy reviews and produce policy briefs, white papers, and strategic assessments.
- Design stakeholder engagement strategies and convene dialogues/roundtables.
- Craft communication frameworks (risk, crisis, counter-misinformation, and public interest messaging).
- Manage editorial standards and peer review for NCSU publications.
- Coordinate with government counterparts and development partners.
Data
Delivering data engineering, analytics, modeling, and visualization to power evidence-based policy.Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain secure data pipelines and a centralized database.
- Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics; sentiment and network analysis; geospatial work.
- Develop dashboards and interactive tools for policymakers and the public.
- Ensure data governance, quality assurance, and ethical use/privacy compliance.
- Support rapid research with field survey design and primary data collection protocols.
